Cruise terminals: Osanbashi – your driver waits with a name board in the arrival lobby, just outside immigration, then takes the elevator down with you to the ground-floor car park inside the terminal where the van is parked (step-free). Daikoku – we drive up to the terminal forecourt, so you board right after the exit. Shinko (Hammerhead) – the van waits at the terminal exit. Hotels: your driver meets you in the lobby with a name board. Once you are through immigration or ready in the lobby, please message us on WhatsApp +81 90-3285-1976.
