Meeting and pickup
After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message with the exact pick-up time and meeting point. Your pick-up will be scheduled approximately 50 to 100 minutes before the activity's start time (at 17:00 during the summer season and at 16:00 during the winter season). Please be at the indicated location 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time and look for a bus with an MTS sign.
If you do not receive this message by the day before the activity, please contact us.
To ensure the most comfortable experience in your language, it may be necessary to change buses after your hotel pick-up and before the excursion begins.
