Unlike a traditional yoga class, you'll practice while floating on the water, surrounded by Florida's natural beauty and abundant wildlife. Keep an eye out for manatees, dolphins, turtles, fish, and a variety of birds as you relax, stretch, and connect with nature. Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Meeting and pickup
Thank you for booking Paddleboard Yoga with Water's Edge Adventures. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Meet us at the Water's Edge Adventures kayak corral closest to the water at King's Bay Park, 268 NW 3rd St. Parking is $5 per vehicle at the black meter by the entrance.
