You will be warmly welcomed by staff members dressed in traditional kimono. You will have a commemorative photo taken free of charge.Our staff will explain the history and origins of the temple and zazen, as well as how to worship, using guidebooks and videos.After relaxing with Zen meditation, you will enjoy a full-body oil massage using your favorite essential oil and myofascial release using a bamboo stick to relieve stiffness.
