1Parque Nacional Volcan De Pacaya
Travelers will walk through the stunning petrified lava fields of the Pacaya Volcano in Finca Volkania, enjoying an accessible hike of approximately 3 km. Throughout the tour they will be assigned a local guide who will accompany them, providing assistance and information on volcanic history, eruptions and lava formations that they will observe along the way. Visitors will have panoramic views of Pacaya, Acatenango, Fuego and Agua volcanoes, as well as time to rest and take pictures. The experience includes a traditional meal or pizza cooked in a lava oven, depending on the confirmed option for the tour. There is also the option to take the horseback riding tour for those who prefer not to walk and comfortably enjoy the breathtaking views of the volcanic landscape.
