Meeting and pickup
We pick up travelers directly at the lobby of their hotel or at the agreed meeting point. The driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the lead traveler's name. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

Our service is 100% private, with flexible departure times and door-to-door pickup from your hotel or rental in Tulum. The ride takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, getting you to Chichén Itzá comfortably and stress-free.
