Surrounded by stunning views and the scent of freshly pressed olive oil, we’ll prepare traditional Umbrian dishes using local, organic ingredients. We’ll roll out fresh pasta, create savory sauces, and craft timeless recipes passed down through generations.
You’ll taste the finest olive oils from the mill and enjoy a guided tour, learning about the pressing process and history. At the end, we’ll share the meal we’ve created, savoring each bite and celebrating good food, laughter, and being together.
