Where station access and parking conditions permit, your driver will meet you inside the arrival hall holding a name board.
At peak times or when station restrictions apply, the driver will arrange a nearby designated meeting point outside the station.
The driver will contact you shortly before arrival to confirm the exact meeting location.

This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

After booking, travellers will receive a confirmation with pickup instructions.
On the day of travel, the driver will arrive at the agreed pickup point and contact the traveler.

For station pickups, Meet & Greet is provided where station access allows. During busy periods or parking restrictions, travellers will be met at a nearby curb-side location.
For hotel pickups, the driver will meet at the main hotel entrance.

Once onboard, travellers will be taken directly to their destination in London without shared stops.

The route taken will depend on traffic conditions to ensure the fastest and safest journey.
