Meeting and pickup
The service includes pick-up from hotels and addresses located within the downtown area of Mendoza. For transfers from the airport, the passenger will receive prior information from the meeting point and must wait once the luggage has been removed. For transfers from the hotel to the airport, the search schedule is confirmed the day before the service by WhatsApp, taking into account the flight time and recommended times of arrival at the airport. Travelers are requested to be ready in the lobby or main entrance in advance and keep the mobile phone on for easy coordination.
What to expect
Transfer Airport → Central hotel :
Upon arrival at Mendoza airport and removal of luggage, the passenger must leave the arrival area outside the Central Hall. About 25 meters from the main gate you will find a central boulevard with a sign of ascent and descent of passengers, where the unit must wait. The service includes a wait of up to 30 minutes from the arrival of the flight. In case of no mobile data, you can use the free wifi of the airport to coordinate the meeting.
Transfer Central hotel → Airport :
The search schedule is assigned considering the flight schedule and recommended filing times (3 hours before for cabotage flights and 4 hours for international flights). The day before the service, from 7:30 pm, the passenger will receive by WhatsApp the exact time of withdrawal and the meeting point at their hotel or central address.
The tours are conducted privately, without sharing the vehicle with other passengers. Transfers are provided in modern and comfortable units, with professional drivers and guide/coordinator throughout the tour, with attention in Spanish, English and Portuguese. Approximate service duration is 1 hour, depending on traffic and other pick-up points.
