Unlike mass-produced churros, we’ll make them from scratch, by hand, just like locals have done for years. You’ll mix, shape, and fry them to golden perfection, experiencing the true art of traditional Spanish churros and chocolate.
All of this takes place in my apartment's cozy kitchen, right in the heart of Malasaña, one of Madrid’s most vibrant and historic neighborhoods. Here, surrounded by the energy of the city, you’ll get a taste of authentic Spanish home cooking, far from the tourist traps.

In this experience, I’ll teach you how to prepare homemade churros from scratch, following my grandmother’s traditional recipe, the same one that has delighted generations in my family.
From mixing the dough to shaping and frying them to perfection, you’ll experience the authentic process of making churros the traditional way. But that’s not all! We’ll also prepare chocolate to pair with them.
This is not just a cooking class—it’s an experience filled with stories, laughter, and, of course, delicious churros with chocolate! Perfect for couples, friends, and families who want to take home a piece of Spanish gastronomy in their hearts… and their stomachs!
