This is a local gem, a secret corner of the Sierra Madre where the river is still wild and the jungle is alive. The walk is beautiful from start to finish: among giant trees, palm trees and sounds of the mountain.
What makes it unique is peace. There are no crowds here, just you, the river and nature. It's a bird watching paradise. Dozens of endemic and tropical species sing and fly free around you.
The waterfall is spectacular, the kind that looks like something out of a movie. You can swim in crystal clear waters, dive into the pools and just relax. It is a place with a lot of life and energy.

Meeting and pickup
We'll meet at the Mismaloya truck stop. Right next to the Oxxo store. Your guide will be waiting with your digital tickets. We will take the bus to go to the beautiful village of "Boca de Tomatlan".
What to expect
