- Arriving at our traditional home stay. - Collecting fresh vegetables and herbs from our organic garden. - Learning to prepare and cook three authentic Khmer dishes and one dessert. - Finishing the cooking session around 12:00 PM or 5:00 PM, followed by a communal meal.
