Step 2 — Pickup coordination
For airport pickups, your driver tracks your flight in real time and adjusts the pickup time in case of delays. For hotel or apartment pickups, the driver arrives on time and sends an arrival message.
Step 3 — Meeting your driver
Airport pickups: the driver meets you at the arrivals area or designated meeting point.
City pickups: the driver meets you at your hotel lobby or building entrance.
You will receive clear meeting instructions and a description of the vehicle.
Step 4 — Luggage assistance
Your driver helps with all luggage and escorts you to the vehicle.
Step 5 — The drive
Enjoy a clean and comfortable Mercedes V-Class with bottled water, air-conditioning, and your preferred music. All routes are direct unless you request an additional stop.
Step 6 — Drop-off
You will be dropped off directly at your destination: hotel, airport terminal, Disneyland, Versailles, or any address in Paris. The driver assists with luggage before leaving.
