Additional Pickup Information: If your hotel is not listed, please contact us — we might still be able to pick you up or arrange a nearby meeting point. We confirm your exact pickup time via WhatsApp or phone call one day before your tour. Please be ready at the agreed time — we offer a 30-minute grace period in case of delays. Pickup and drop-off are available from any hotel, Airbnb, or public point in Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and Cancun. For Costa Mujeres and Playa Mujeres, a small additional fee may apply. Our transportation is a comfortable private 7-seater vehicle, but we usually travel with a maximum of 4 guests plus your driver, to ensure extra space and comfort. Please prepare: A towel and swimwear A change of clothes A photo ID Some cash for souvenirs or extras If you don’t see your guide, you can contact us immediately via WhatsApp (you’ll receive the number in advance) or call our office.
