What to expect

PART I: Introduction (or perfection) to Champagne in the middle of our plot of Chardonnay 1er Cru. Stunning views of ten hectares (mountain of Reims west) and the Cathedral of Reims.
We tell you about the different economic actors of champagne, terroir and history(s) and what are our assets as winemakers to exist in this galaxy.

PART II: Initiation to sabotage as Napoleon's Imperial Guard.
You practice first on a control bottle, then on a full bottle.

PART III: Tasting of the cuvée sabre and 2 other champagnes to choose from.
