Take Pacific Coast Highway to Newport Boulevard, turn right onto Via Lido just before the bridge, left onto Via Oporto, and find Suite 101 facing the marina boardwalk inside Lido Marina Village.
What to expect
Operating one is completely hassle-free. If you can drive a golf cart, you can navigate the calm waters of Newport Harbor with absolute ease—no boating license or prior experience required.
Set your own pace as you glide past multi-million-dollar waterfront estates, wave to people on Balboa Island, and watch local sea lions relax on the public docks. You can even hook up your favorite playlist to the integrated sound system and hire an in-house balloon artist to custom-style your boat before you cast off!

- No boating license required. Boats are very easy to operate, about as easy as driving a golf cart. The only requirement is the driver must be 21 years of age or older.
- You are welcome to bring your own cooler. There are no open container laws prohibiting possession or consumption of alcohol on your boat or other vessel. It is important to note, however, that the same laws apply to the captain as the driver of a motor vehicle; If you’re over the CA legal limit, you can receive a DUI.

- For your convenience, restrooms are available inside the building. We do not have lockable lockers. While we have NEVER had an issue with theft, we cannot make any guarantees as to the safety of your belongings while you’re out on your rental. As such, we suggest leaving as many items as possible in your car.
- We recommend getting here at least 20 minutes before to get checked in and find parking.
- All adult life jackets are underneath your seats. Life Jacket Law – California law requires that every child under age 13 must wear a life jacket at all times while on a moving vessel of any length.
- Please complete your digital waiver before arriving to the office to make your check-in seamless!
