Meeting and pickup
Pickup times typically range from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, depending on your hotel location in Punta Cana. Please be ready in the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.
If travelers do not require hotel pickup or if their hotel is not within the designated pickup range, we will contact them the day before their reservation to coordinate the most convenient meeting point.
