Start the tour from Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, where red sandstone walls, grand arches, and the tall central tower set the scene beside the green edge of Kelvingrove Park. Explore the gallery's most famous highlights including Salvador Dalí's Christ of St John of the Cross, a suspended WWII Spitfire plane, and a historic 1901 pipe organ that features daily live recitals.
After the Gallery, head into the West End through the lawns, bridges, and riverside views of Kelvingrove Park. Then continue through the university quarter to the University of Glasgow and the landmark Gilbert Scott Building. The tour ends at Glasgow Botanic Gardens, known for their Victorian glasshouses. Along the way, you can expect memorable views of Gothic towers on the skyline, Victorian glasshouses glowing with light, leafy park paths above the River Kelvin, and the contrast between scholarly calm and the working waterfront.
