Meeting and pickup
Due to itinerary, traffic conditions, and coordination with other participants, it’s very important to be ready at the exact pickup time we provide. We cannot wait past the scheduled time. Your specific pickup time will be sent one day before your tour date, as it depends on your location and the locations of other travelers.
Pick up point is in front of the Angel of Independence monument. Specifically, at the roundabout, between the Sheraton Hotel and the Monument.

Your pickup time depends on the experience you choose. Hot Air Balloon: Pickup is around 4:15 AM so we can arrive in time for your balloon experience. Teotihuacán Tour Only: Pickup is around 7:00 AM for a comfortable start to the day. Your exact pickup time will be sent one day before your tour, based on your lodging location and the locations of other participants.

2Teotihuacan Pyramids
Once we arrive in Teotihuacán, we’ll start with a relaxing coffee break while our team completes the final preparations for your hot air balloon experience. It’s the perfect moment to enjoy a warm drink and take in the early-morning atmosphere before your unforgettable flight. *Included in "Exclusive Balloon&Pyramid Tour" and "Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Ride" options. *NOT included in the "Teotihuacán Pyramids+Cave" option.

We pay for breakfast! After your balloon experience, we’ll enjoy a well-deserved breakfast at a local spot near Teotihuacán. Teotihuacan Pyramids (Pass by)
We will then take a short drive, within the park, to the archeological site entrance. If you acquired the "Teotihuacán Pyramids+Cave" experience, we’ll head straight to the Teotihuacán Archaeological Site upon arrival. There is no coffee break or breakfast for this option so we can begin exploring the ancient pyramids right away.

4Zona Arqueologica De Teotihuacan
We’ll explore a stunning natural cave used for ceremonies and gatherings for centuries. Its cool atmosphere, rock formations, and unique history make it one of Teotihuacán’s hidden gems and a great spot for photos. *Included in "Teotihuacán Pyramids+Cave" and "Exclusive Balloon&Pyramid Tour" options, *NOT included in the "Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Ride" ONLY option.
