    Your pickup time depends on the experience you choose. Hot Air Balloon + Teotihuacán Tour: Pickup is around 4:15 AM so we can arrive in time for your balloon experience. Teotihuacán Tour Only: Pickup is around 7:00 AM for a comfortable start to the day. Your exact pickup time will be sent one day before your tour, based on your lodging location and the locations of other participants.

    If you booked the Hot Air Balloon + Teotihuacán Tour: Once we arrive in Teotihuacán, we’ll start with a relaxing coffee break while our team completes the final preparations for your hot air balloon experience. It’s the perfect moment to enjoy a warm drink and take in the early-morning atmosphere before your unforgettable flight.
