We will take you to taste local food from florentine “botteghe” gastronomy. You will taste the Florentine sandwich called panino or schiacciata, Tuscan salami, Truffle, fresh mozzarella, bruschetta, olives and creamy gelato from a florentine gelateria

2Mercato Centrale
Then we will go to the ancient market where still today we grab fresh products from the countryside. You will see butchers at work, fishmongers, typical dishes of tradition such as trippa Fiorentina, greengrocers. You will taste extra virgin oil, balsamic vinegars, pecorino cheese, prosciutto (ham) and Tuscan bread without salt
