The Fontana dell'Acqua Paola, located on the Janiculum Hill in Rome, is a monumental Baroque fountain completed in 1612. Designed by architect Giovanni Fontana, it was commissioned by Pope Paul V to celebrate the restoration of the Acqua Paola aqueduct and is known for its grand scale and impressive sculptures.
