What to expect

Learn to make four of Rome’s most iconic pasta sauces in a cooking class led by a renowned Roman chef.

You’ll start by preparing fresh pasta from scratch, mixing and working the dough before shaping it ready for your sauces.

For each sauce, the chef will demonstrate the technique and include you in the process. You’ll work with the key ingredients, learn the correct cooking methods and discover how to achieve the right consistency, balance and texture. You’ll also learn the differences between the four sauces and the traditional methods used to prepare them in Rome.

You’ll leave having prepared and tasted fresh pasta, cooked four classic Roman sauces and learned techniques you can recreate at home.
