The tour begins by visiting Monreale, an important Arab-Norman city. Located on the Rocca di Monreale, DA here you can also admire the entire city of Palermo. The main Attraction is the Cathedral, famous for its Norman structure, where Islamic and Byzantine culture come together to create one of the highest creations of the Italian Middle Ages. You can also stop at the belvedere of Monreale known for its breathtaking views. The second stop is Montepellegrino, famous for the cave of Santa Rosalia, the saint of Palermo. Along the path you can also take pictures as there is a breathtaking view. Last stop is Mondello, famous for its calm and crystal clear water. you can visit the interior of the Cathedral of Monreale, famous all over the world for its mosaics. The most important of all is the mosaic of Christ Pantocrator which, with the light coming from outside, creates a breathtaking visual effect.

We will climb Monte Pellegrino, a scenic road that leads to the sanctuary of Santa Rosalia, the patron saint of Palermo. Along the way there is the possibility to stop to take pictures of the breathtaking view of Palermo and the gulf. At the top we find the sanctuary, a cave dedicated to the saint.

Once in Mondello you can take long walks along the seafront. There are many bars, ice cream parlors and souvenir shops. This beach is very famous for its crystal clear water with shallow water suitable for children. There is also the possibility to rent umbrellas and sun loungers.
