Airport Arrivals (BKK & DMK): Your chauffeur or airport representative will greet you inside the arrivals hall, holding a LuxMove sign with your name. Please look for our team after clearing immigration and baggage claim. Airport Waiting Policy: Drivers will wait up to 90 minutes after flight arrival. If your flight is delayed, we will track it and adjust your pickup time accordingly. Hotel Pickups (Bangkok City): Please be ready in your hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time. Our driver will meet you at reception and assist with luggage. Roundtrip Bookings: If you have booked a roundtrip transfer, please confirm your departure flight details and pickup time with us after your arrival transfer. Contact Assistance: In case you cannot find your driver, please call or WhatsApp our 24/7 hotline (number provided on your voucher) for immediate support.
What to expect
1. Easy Online Booking

2. Pre-Travel Reminder
One day before your transfer, you’ll receive a WhatsApp/SMS/email reminder with:
Driver’s name and contact number
Vehicle details (plate number, model, and color)
Pickup time and location instructions
3. Airport Arrival & Meet & Greet
Upon landing at Suvarnabhumi (BKK) or Don Mueang (DMK), clear immigration and collect your luggage.
Our airport representative or chauffeur will be waiting inside the arrivals hall with a LuxMove sign displaying your name.
The driver assists with luggage and escorts you to your private vehicle.
4. Hotel Pickup (For Departures)
Your chauffeur arrives at the hotel lobby at the scheduled time.
You will be assisted with luggage and escorted to the vehicle.
The transfer is door-to-door from hotel to airport departure terminal.
