What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Door-to-door pickup from hotels/residences within city center. If your location is on a narrow/restricted street, we may set a nearby safe meeting point. Airport meet & greet (BKK & DMK): Driver waits in Arrivals with a name sign. Share your flight number so we can track delays. Grace time: up to 60 min after landing (then waiting counts toward booked hours). Hotel/Residence grace time: 15 min from scheduled pickup. Please be ready in the lobby 10 minutes early. Time starts at the scheduled pickup time or upon vehicle arrival (whichever is later). Luggage note: With 7–8 passengers, luggage space is limited. Tell us your bag count/sizes in advance; we’ll advise fit. Child seats available on request. Provide age/weight when booking. Parking & tolls are pay-as-used (at cost). Fuel & taxes included within your option’s caps. Same-city rule: Service must start and end in the same city. Ending in another city incurs a return-to-base fuel surcharge (quoted on reconfirmation). 1. Easy Booking
Select your option: 4–8 hours or 1–5 days. Fuel is included within fair time/distance caps. Parking & tolls are pay-as-used—no hidden costs.
2. Share Your Plan
Tell us your preferred stops—temples, cafés, malls, viewpoints—and whether you prefer direct (fastest) or scenic routes. We’ll sequence everything for smooth pacing.
3. Instant Confirmation
We confirm pickup details and the “same-city rule” (service starts/ends in the same city). If finishing in another city, a small return-to-base fuel surcharge applies.
4. Day-Before Reminder
You’ll receive your driver’s name, plate number, and WhatsApp contact. We reconfirm child seats (limited), baggage count, or special needs.
5. Pickup & Meet-and-Greet
Airport (BKK/DMK): Driver waits in Arrivals with a name sign. Flight delays tracked, with a 60-min grace period. Beyond that, waiting counts toward booked hours.
Hotels/Residences: Pickup at lobby/entrance (15-min grace). If access is restricted, we’ll set a safe nearby point.

6. Boarding & Amenities
Settle into plush captain chairs with strong A/C, USB charging, cold towels & bottled water. Spacious luggage area (capacity varies by group size).
7. Travel Safely
Licensed, insured vehicles. Professional chauffeurs. Seat belts in all seats. Avoid risks of unlicensed taxis, scams, or uninsured vans.
8. Flexible En-Route
Driver manages navigation, timing & parking. Switch between direct or scenic pacing at any time—within booked limits.
9. Concierge Service (Optional)
Skip tourist traps. We can book restaurants, spas, golf, shows, or cruises—often at partner-only rates. Add-ons: licensed guide, photographer, videographer, butler, or bodyguard (advance notice).
10. Out-of-City / Overnight
If the vehicle stays overnight outside the base city, THB 800/night covers driver accommodation.
11. Staying on Track
Driver alerts you when nearing time/distance limits. Extra hours/km can be added per policy.
12. Drop-Off
Door-to-door anywhere in the same city (hotels, residences, attractions, airports). Cross-city drop-offs available with surcharge.
13. Wrap-Up
Parking/tolls are charged at actual cost. Add-ons confirmed. Support details shared for your next journey.
