1. Meeting Location: The guide/driver will meet travelers at the lobby of their centrally located hotel in Seoul or at a pre-arranged designated pick-up point.
2. How to Identify the Guide: The guide will hold a sign with the traveler's name or the tour name for easy identification.
3. Pick-up Time Confirmation: Travelers will receive a confirmation email or message (via WhatsApp/KakaoTalk/etc.) at least 24 hours before the tour with the exact pick-up time and location.
4. For Airport Pick-up (if requested):
If travelers request airport pick-up from Incheon or Gimpo Airport, the guide will wait at the arrival hall holding a sign with the traveler's name.
** Please note that an additional fee may apply for airport pick-up services.
5. Emergency Contact: A contact number will be provided upon booking confirmation, so travelers can reach out in case of any inquiries or changes.
