No car? No problem! We offer a comfortable and stress-free transportation service from the center of Parma, so you can relax and enjoy the journey. Just let us know in advance!

You'll discover the secrets of my family's kitchen, learning the art of handmade pasta enriched with one of Italy’s most prized ingredients: black truffle. You'll learn to prepare delicate ravioli, silky tagliatelle, and rich traditional sauces that will impress your friends and family long after your trip.

All the vegetables we use come directly from my family's garden, ensuring fresh and authentic flavors for our dishes.

After the lesson, you’ll enjoy the pasta we’ve made together, a delicious appetizer featuring local products and wine, and to finish, an unforgettable tiramisu. My friends say it’s the best they’ve ever tasted—will you agree?
