    Piazza Navona

Piazza Navona is one of the most spectacular and characteristic urban complexes of Baroque Rome. The square is bordered by the buildings that stood on the remains of the Stadium of Domitian. Three fountains adorn the square: the Fontana del Moro, so named for the statue of the Ethiopian wrestling with a dolphin, the Fontana de' Calderari, also known as the Fontana del Neptune and, in the center, the imposing Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi, by Gian Lorenzo Bernini.

    Trevi Fountain

A must in Rome!!!! Wonderful photos to take and traditions and legends to live........ throw a coin in the fountain and you will definitely return to Rome! If, on the other hand, you’re looking for a little romance, maybe even Italian love, you’ll have to flip a second and a third coin to make sure the wedding bells ring soon. The Trevi Fountain was the splendid setting for the best-known scene of the film La Dolce Vita by director Federico Fellini; a provocative Anita Ekberg wrapped in a long black evening dress calls Marcello Mastroianni: “Marcello, come here!”, while sinuous plunges into the sparkling waters of the fountain. Not everyone knows that on the outside right side of the fountain there is a rectangular basin with two small spouts: the fountain of lovers. Couples who drink from this fountain will remain in love and faithful forever.

The name Mouth of Truth originated in 1485 and is linked to a curious and fascinating medieval legend, according to which the mouth could bite the hand of those who had not stated the truth. The film Roman Holiday, starring Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck, consecrated the Mouth of Truth to undisputed fame: it was 1953 and since then the legendary mask has entered the world tourist imagination.

Another must for tourists in Rome!!! It is the ideal setting for a leisurely walk among its historic wooden stalls where you can buy flowers, fruit and take pictures among the colorful spice stalls. Campo de’ Fiori, however, also has a dark side: on the square, in fact, spectacular executions were held, among which stands out that of the monk and philosopher Giordano Bruno who, accused of heresy, was burned at the stake on February 17, 1600. An imposing and austere statue was erected in his honor in the center of the square on June 9, 1889
