Your workshop begins in the heart of Aix-en-Provence’s historic center, just two minutes away from the main square, cafes, and restaurants. Step into a fully-equipped kitchen studio, where you'll meet your instructor, a local chef, and your fellow participants. With a maximum of ten people, you’ll receive personalized guidance throughout the session.

You’ll be provided with an apron and utensils before diving into making and kneading the dough. Follow your instructor’s clear, step-by-step instructions as you move on to shaping and baking. You’ll start by perfecting the classic croissant, then try your hand at two other French pastry favorites: pain au chocolat and pain au raisin.

While you bake, enjoy complimentary hot and cold drinks. Once your pastries are out of the oven, treat yourself to a tasting session of your delicious creations.
