What to expect

Your workshop begins in the heart of Aix-en-Provence’s historic center, just two minutes away from the main square, cafes, and restaurants. Step into a fully equipped kitchen studio, where you’ll meet your instructor, a local chef, and your fellow participants. With a maximum of ten people, you’ll enjoy personalized guidance throughout the session.

You’ll be provided with an apron and utensils before you start preparing the pâte à choux, the pastry cream, the chocolate glaze. Follow your instructor’s clear, step-by-step instructions as you learn to shape and bake the perfect éclair & choux pastries. Once your choux are baked to golden perfection, you’ll learn hox to pipe the cream into the éclair and finish them by adding the glaze.

Once done, you’ll get to taste the fruits of your labor. Want to recreate these delicious pastries at home? Each participant will receive a free illustrated booklet with recipes to help you remember each step.
