Pick up Time: Your driver will be at the relevant meeting location from 60 minutes after your flight has landed.
Luggage Allowance: 2 check-in bags and 2 handbags included in the service.
Waiting Time: Free 60 minutes wait time
Waiting Time: Any waiting time beyond the allocated waiting time at the airport may result in additional charges @GBP10 per 15 minutes. Maximum additional waiting is 30 mins beyond that will result in No show. Additionally, if this delay incurs extra car parking charges, you will need to also pay these.
No Show Policy: In case of a no-show, where the passenger fails to arrive without prior cancellation, the full fare will be charged.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations within 24 hours of the transfer time , a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations made outside this window will incur no charges.
