    To reach the best viewpoint, visitors climb about 400 steps to an observation deck. From the observation deck, you can enjoy a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and the five-story pagoda. The park is especially beautiful in spring with cherry blossoms, in autumn with colorful leaves, and in winter with a snowy landscape.
