What's Included
Meeting and pickup
- We have 2 pick-up and drop-off times during the day:
+ Pick-up time: 08:00-08:30 am and 11:00-11:30 am
+ Return time from Kong Forest: 13:30-14:00 and 15:30-16:00
- Please enter your correct phone number/Whatsapp number (Including country code) so that we can contact you to pick you up. Because our pick-up and drop-off schedule will be based on reality, not fixed. We will not pick you up if the phone number you provide is incorrect and we try to contact you but do not receive a response from you. In this case, we will not refund you.
- We only support pick-up at the fixed pick-up point in Nha Trang: Gold Coast, 1 Tran Hung Dao or nearby hotels. We do not support pick-up in Cam Ranh and hotels on Pham Van Dong street.
- We will be waiting to welcome you at the hotel gate with a sign saying "Kong Forest Nha Trang"
Customers please provide a pick-up location in Nha Trang within 3 km or contact us (WhatsApp, Line, Kakao, Viber). If not using the shuttle, go to Km19, road to Hon Ba peak, Suoi Cat, Cam Lam, Khanh Hoa, with a King Kong statue in front.
