c) Hotel & Cruise Terminal Pickup: Please be ready at the lobby or arrival pickup zone 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
d) Other Locations: Includes 15 minutes of free waiting time, after which additional charges apply.
e) Child Safety Seats:
Required for children below 1.35 meters, as per Singapore LTA regulations.
Available with charges – please inform us when booking.
Drivers may decline service if a child seat is required but not pre-arranged.

The included 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time starts from the actual landing time.
4. Meet & Greet at Arrival Hall
The driver waits at the arrival hall holding a name sign for easy identification.
If travelers are delayed beyond the free waiting period, additional waiting time is chargeable.
5. Assistance & Luggage Handling
The driver greets the traveler and assists with luggage.
If needed, the traveler can request additional help with heavy bags.
6. Transfer to the Destination
The traveler is escorted to the private air-conditioned vehicle.
