The Forbidden City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is Beijing’s crown jewel and one of the world’s best-preserved ancient imperial complexes. Built in the 15th century, this 600-year-old palace served as the home of 24 Ming and Qing emperors.Spanning 180 acres with 980 surviving buildings, the Forbidden City dazzles with golden roofs, intricate carvings, and majestic courtyards. Key highlights include the Hall of Supreme Harmony, the emperor’s throne room, and the Palace of Heavenly Purity, where royal families lived. Firstly:Your tour guide driver will pick you up from PEK or PKX Airport or your hotel within Beijing urban area and drive you to Donghuamen.then walk for several min to the Wumen.Since the driver is also an English-speaking tour guide, he/she can share with you a wealth of knowledge about Beijing's history,culture,anecdotes,local customs,traditions throughout your journey.Also will explain the history of the Forbidden city.

The Mutianyu Great Wall,belongs to a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is regarded as the most beautiful part of the Great Wall in Beijing. Situated in Huairou County, it faces the Badaling Great Wall. It is connected to Juyongguan Pass in the west and Gubeikou Gateway in the east. The entire area is like a mountaintop garden. There are numerous natural springs that nourish a wide variety of plants and fruit trees, keeping the air fresh throughout the year. Secondly,The guide will drive you DIRECTLY to the end of the shuttle bus in the Mutianyu scenic area.On your way to Mutianyu.The driver can share with you a wealth of knowledge about Beijing's history,culture,anecdotes,local customs,traditions throughout your journey.Also will explain the history of the wall.Walk to climb and the guide will accompany you, as you walk between ancient watchtowers and dramatic parapets.
