Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby or designated location. They will be holding a sign that reads “Bunuli Safaris”. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before the pickup time. For airport pickups, our driver will meet you at the arrivals area with your name on a placard.
On arrival at the airport, our company driver guide will meet you and take you to your reserved accommodation. Depending on your arrival time, you may get chance to have a city tour in Kigali.
Early in the morning after your breakfast, you will checkout of the hotel and embark on your journey to Nyungwe Forest National Park. This is a home to many bird species and chimpanzees in Rwanda. You will have an en-route meal. On arrival, you will go for the afternoon canopy walk where you will have a great view of the forest and also be able to watch very many bird species. You will later check-in to your lodge for refreshment as you wait to be served dinner.
After your breakfast in the morning, you will checkout of the accommodation and go to the starting point for chimpanzee tracking where you will be briefed on how the activity is going to be conducted. You will proceed with the tracking and once you find them you are given only one hour with the chimps to take pictures and videos. You will have an en-route lunch meal then proceed to the Volcanoes N/P. On arrival you will check-in to your respective lodge for refreshment as you wait to be served dinner.
You will go for the Mount Bisoke hike in the morning and you will be escorted by a professional guide in that area who will lead you through al the paths. On return, you will cross the border to Uganda and travel to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest national park. This is a home over half the the total world's mountain gorilla population. You will check-in to your lodge for refreshment as you wait to be served dinner.
Early morning after breakfast, the guide will lead you to the briefing point of the sector you are to track the gorillas from. Here you will be given guidelines to follow while on a gorilla trek, then you will head out to the forest and start locating the gorillas. When you find them, you are permitted only one hour with them to take pictures and videos and then you will leave the forest. You will set embark on your journey to Lake Mburo National Park. On arrival, you will check-in and have some refreshment.
After having breakfast, you will go into the park for a walking safari. You will be escorted by an armed game ranger who will be guiding you through the paths in the park and you will get chance to be close to some of the animals like the zebras, giraffes, kobs, among others. Then later on, the driver-guide will transfer you to Entebbe Airport to catch your flight via Kampala city depending on the time left.
