About the Ume Experience
Visitors can taste ume syrups and choose from 100 combinations to make their own ume syrups and umeshu by hand.
This activity is available in English for overseas visitors to Japan (Kyoto travelers).
We also have Chinese and Japanese guidebooks available, so anyone can participate.
Guests aged 19 and under are welcome to make ume syrup and participate in the event.
You can make reservations up to two months in advance on our website.
