Your flight will be monitored, and your driver will adjust for delays whenever possible. Depending on the airport and local regulations, your driver will either meet you with a name sign or contact you via WhatsApp with pickup instructions.
Please choose your vehicle based on both the number of passengers and luggage. Standard Sedans accommodate up to 3 passengers and 3 standard suitcases, while Minivans accommodate up to 5–6 passengers and up to 6 standard suitcases. If you're traveling with extra or oversized luggage, please book a larger vehicle.
Child seats are available upon request in most destinations. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
• Flight monitoring is included for all airport arrivals. Please ensure you provide the correct flight number when booking.
• Your driver will wait at the designated meeting point shown on your voucher. If Meet & Greet is included, the driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with the lead passenger's name. In some destinations, your driver may contact you via WhatsApp to arrange the most convenient meeting point for a faster and more comfortable pickup experience.
• Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of free waiting time. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
• Please ensure that the phone number provided during booking is registered with WhatsApp and that you have an active internet connection (mobile data or airport Wi-Fi) upon arrival. This will allow your driver to contact you and assist with a smooth and hassle-free pickup.
• Prices are charged per vehicle, not per passenger. The total number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the vehicle capacity selected during booking.
• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• If you are unable to locate your driver, please remain at the pickup location and contact our 24/7 Operations Team immediately. Our team will assist you and coordinate directly with your driver to ensure a smooth pickup.
• Child seats may be available upon request. Please specify your requirements during booking.
• Oversized luggage, sports equipment, wheelchairs, or other special items must be declared in advance to ensure a suitable vehicle is assigned.
• Changes to pickup details within 24 hours of the service may be subject to availability.
At Istanbul Airport, drivers cannot meet passengers inside the terminal. After collecting your luggage, meet our representative at the location shown on your voucher or shared via WhatsApp. They will escort you to your driver. If you need assistance, please contact us immediately.
What to expect
Select your preferred vehicle and choose your desired pickup time. Your driver will arrive according to the pickup time you selected during booking. For airport pickups, please provide your flight number so we can monitor your flight. If your flight is delayed, we will automatically adjust your pickup based on the updated arrival time. Otherwise, your selected pickup time remains unchanged. You can also contact your driver directly using the contact details provided in your booking voucher if needed.
2. Instant Confirmation
After booking, you will receive a confirmation voucher containing your booking details, pickup instructions, and our 24/7 support contact information.
3. Flight Monitoring
We monitor your flight in real time to stay informed of any delays or early arrivals. Flight tracking is used only to adjust for flight delays. If your flight operates on schedule, your driver will arrive at the pickup time you selected when making your reservation.
4. Meet Your Driver
After collecting your luggage and completing airport formalities, proceed to the meeting point shown in your booking voucher. Depending on the airport and local regulations, your driver will either greet you with a name sign or contact you via WhatsApp or phone with detailed meeting instructions.
5. Complimentary Waiting Time
Your complimentary waiting time begins from your selected pickup time. Your driver will wait up to 60 minutes at no additional charge. If your flight is delayed, the pickup time will be adjusted accordingly, and the waiting time will begin from the updated pickup time instead. It is not calculated from the flight's scheduled landing time unless you selected the landing time as your pickup time.
6. Vehicle & Luggage Capacity
Please choose your vehicle according to both the number of passengers and luggage. Standard Sedans accommodate up to 3 passengers and 3 standard suitcases, while Minivans accommodate up to 5–6 passengers and up to 6 standard suitcases. If you are traveling with extra or oversized luggage, please book a larger vehicle.
