What to expect
Customers can book their transfer online, by phone, or via WhatsApp. At the time of booking, they provide their pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, and any special requirements.
Step 2: Booking Confirmation
Once the booking is received, the customer receives a confirmation message with all the trip details, including driver contact (if applicable), vehicle type, and pickup instructions.
Step 3: Pickup
On the day of travel, the driver arrives at the confirmed pickup location on time.
At airports: The driver will wait in the arrivals hall with a sign displaying the customer’s name.
At hotels or private addresses: The driver will wait at the entrance or at the designated location.
Step 4: Meet & Greet
The driver greets the customer, helps with luggage, and escorts them to the vehicle. Complimentary bottled water is offered on board.
Step 5: Comfortable Journey
Customers enjoy a smooth, private ride in a premium Mercedes minivan. The vehicles are clean, air-conditioned, and driven by professional, English-speaking drivers.
Step 6: Drop-Off
The customer is dropped off safely at the desired location (hotel, airport, train station, etc.). The driver helps with luggage and ensures the passenger is satisfied before concluding the service.
