1Mutianyu Great Wall
The Mutianyu Great Wall has several distinctive features. Firstly, it has a unique architectural style, with closely spaced watchtowers and perilous passes. The wall has battlements on both sides, and there is a rare general gateway platform connected with three enemy towers on the southeast side. Secondly, it is remarkably intact, mainly built with solid granite, 7-8 meters high and the top is 4-5 meters wide. Thirdly, the Mutianyu Great Wall is surrounded by beautiful scenery. With mountains and forests around, the views here vary in four seasons. Fourthly, it provides convenient facilities. Cable cars and slideways are available, bringing convenience and excitement to tourists.
