You will be collected from the main entrance or reception area of your accommodation in Cape Town.
Our guide will arrive a few minutes before the scheduled pickup time and will be easily identifiable wearing our company uniform: brown trousers with either a black golf shirt or a white golf shirt, together with a brown cap displaying the Travel Africa Right logo. The guide will greet guests by name, confirm the lead traveler’s booking details, and assist them into the vehicle before departure.
The guide will be waiting at the agreed location wearing the same company uniform and holding a Travel Africa Right sign to make identification quick and easy. The guide will welcome guests, confirm the booking details, and provide a brief introduction before the tour begins.
