What to expect
Your driver will be waiting in front of your hotel, making it easy for you to find them. They will check your schedule and choose the best route to your destination.
For departures from your hotel to the airport, the driver will arrive at your exact hotel location 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time and will wait for free up to 30 minutes after the departure time. After meeting your driver, they will assist you with your luggage and take you directly to Narita International Airport in a comfortable vehicle.
For arrivals from Narita International Airport to your hotel, the driver will be at the airport at your flight’s arrival time and will wait for free up to 90 minutes after your flight lands. They will guide you to the meeting point, assist you with your luggage, and take you directly to your designated hotel in a comfortable vehicle.
For private transfers, you can choose between a taxi-type sedan or an MPV/van, accommodating up to 9 passengers, depending on the selected option.
