Please note that an additional charge may apply for transfers from certain outlying Krabi locations. Your precise pickup time will be communicated to you via email; therefore, we advise you to consult your inbox. Kindly meet your driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup. Arriving more than 10 minutes late or after our departure may result in a no-show designation.

- Operating an ATV under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate tour termination without refund
- The tour involves moderate walking and can be physically demanding. It is not recommended for individuals with severe mobility impairments, chronic heart conditions, significant back issues, or expectant mothers
- All activities are subject to prevailing weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather, the tour itinerary may be subject to modification or cancellation for safety reasons. Participants will be informed of any such changes
- In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement
