Guests staying at Railay Beach or Tonsai Beach should proceed to the designated meeting point at Railay West Beach, in front of Railay Village Resort. Guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort and Villas are requested to utilize the hotel's shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. Please note that your precise pick-up time will be communicated via email following your booking. Guests are respectfully requested to meet their tour guide in the hotel lobby at least fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled departure.
