Please arrange your own transportation to the meeting point. The precise meeting time and location will be confirmed via email. We kindly request that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. You will find us past Phuket Fantasea, next to a plant shop.

- All riders must maintain control of their vehicle and adhere to the instructions of our guides. Uncontrolled riding is strictly prohibited.
- Punctuality: We must adhere to a strict schedule to accommodate all bookings. Late arrivals may result in a reduced ride time.
- To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, strong intermediate and advanced riders must demonstrate their ability to independently control their horse prior to leaving the stable.
- In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement.
