Alternatively, pick-up is available from any location in Krabi. Please note that an extra transfer fee may apply to certain areas within Krabi (to be advised). Please note that your precise pick-up time will be communicated via email following your booking. Remember to check your email for this information. Guests staying at Railay Beach should proceed to the designated meeting point at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier, a 15-minute ride from Railay East. Guests staying in Ton Sai, the meeting point is at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang. Guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas are requested to utilize the hotel's shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. Kindly meet your tour guide in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. To maintain fairness for all participants, we must adhere to the scheduled departure time. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show
