Guests can be picked up within Chiang Mai City (excluding CNX Airport). Pickup time is approximately 1 hour before your selected time, depending on your hotel location. Exact pickup time will be reconfirmed after booking. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show
For guests traveling independently, please arrive at the meeting point 15–30 minutes early for check-in and preparation, as late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment duration while charged at the full rate to ensure subsequent bookings remain on schedule
