Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available from your hotel in Chiang Mai city area. An additional charge may apply for locations outside the standard service area.
Pickup time is between 08:00 AM – 08:30 AM, and the exact time will be confirmed via email.
Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the vehicle has departed from your hotel.
For guests making their own way, the meeting point is located in Nong Kwai, Hang Dong District, approximately 20–30 minutes from Chiang Mai Old Town and easily accessible by taxi; please arrive 15–20 minutes before departure (09:00 AM) and look for the “Thai Bike Tours” signage where your guide will meet you.
