Pick-up is scheduled 30-45 minutes before your tour's departure. Email confirmation of your exact pick-up time will be sent by the operator. Please check your email carefully. Kindly meet your tour guide in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. To maintain fairness for all participants, we must adhere to the scheduled departure time. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
