Meeting and pickup
Hotel pickup is available in Ao Nang area from 07:40 a.m. – 08:45 a.m. Please wait in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Guests over 10 minutes late or after the vehicle has left may be no-shows. Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier (15 minutes from Railay East), guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang, and guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang.
Guests may travel to the meeting point by private car, taxi, or public transportation. Please arrive before the scheduled meeting time, as late arrivals may be considered no-shows.
